EUREKA SPRINGS — The Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and Foundation are gearing up for their yearly powwow. Turpentine Creek provides a lifetime refuge for abandoned, abused and neglected big cats with emphasis on tigers, lions, leopards and cougars.
