POCAHONTAS — For those who contracted it, polio was a devestating disease, but Gary Gardner never let its effects stop him.
“I called him a little bee, because a bee’s not supposed to fly, its anatomy isn’t right and neither was his, but it didn’t stop him,” said his wife, Joyce Gardner."
